1.2 Account Storage: For your convenience, all purchased files and paid invoices are stored within your "Downloads" and "Order History" sections in your Aseey Design Market profile.
1.3 Payment: All purchases of Digital Products are paid in full at the time of purchase.
1.4 Refund Policy: Due to the intangible nature of digital templates (which cannot be "returned"), refunds are not available. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are final.
1.5 Technical Errors: If you encounter a corrupt file or a download error, please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and re-send the file. We offer 24/7 support for all purchases to ensure you can access your files.
PART 2: LICENSE TERMS (STANDARD LICENSE)
- When you purchase a template at Aseey Design Market, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable Standard License. You do not own the template itself; you own the right to use it under the following conditions:
- Usage Rights: You have the right to use the template to create a final product (e.g., a printed flyer or a social media graphic) for personal or commercial use.
- Client Transfer: You may transfer the final "flattened" product (e.g., a .JPG or .PDF) to your customer for a fee. The license for that specific final design is then transferred to your customer.
- Manipulation: You may edit, manipulate, or change the elements of the template. However, the resulting modified elements remain subject to this license.
- Redistribution Prohibition: You cannot redistribute the item as stock, in a tool or template, or with the original source files. You cannot resell our PSD/AI/Canva files, even if they are modified.
- Legal Use: You may only use the templates for legal purposes. Templates containing images of people may not be used in a way that creates a false identity or in a defamatory/obscene manner.
- Termination: This license may be terminated if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease distribution of any final products containing our elements and delete all copies of the source files.
PART 3: GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
